My wife has pain below knee back side in left leg from last 5 days.She does stretching normally but one day she did with left leg only and had a pain

It might be muscle strain. painkillers and muscle relaxant might help. very rarely it might be due to sciatica - consult ortho doctor.

Seems like muscle strain and cramps due to the stretching exercises. Apply hot water bag, take analgesics and some muscle relaxants. This should be sufficient. if pain persists even after a few days consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
