Its impacted wisdom tooth. Its ulcerating your buccal (cheek) mucosa. Maintain good oral hygiene. Use mouthwash. Apply ice if swelling develops. Visit dentist for cleaning of that area. Trim the sharp point of your tooth if the dentist suggests after clinical examination. Visit dentist at the earliest as ulceration will increase.
