  4. Pain in left hand. Might be the problem?

Pain in left hand
I have pain in left hand starting from shoulder to palms for past two days.doctor said to chnage sleep position.but still the pain prevails.cant sleep at night due to pain..i even i dint do any immense physical activity recently..what might be the problem ?

1)Do ECG to rule heart disease 2)X-ray of Cervical Spine to rule out cervical spondylitis and compression of nerve Take some painkillers for pain
