Pain in left back side skull
Im experiencing pain since 2 days in my back left side skull followed by neck and left shoulder
I experience pain not always but when I do movement of my left shoulder or raise my left arm I want to know what is the issue
And the pain is really unbearable

Don't worry looks like a just muscle sprain.. put ice packs and hot water bag fomentation .. Use volini spray 3 to 4 times a day..if it doesn't resolve consult a doctor ..May be x-ray required ..if u have any numbness in ur hands and weakness ..then consult immediately
