Pain in left arm since 1 week
I am having shooting pain in my left arm.. The pain is like on and off...I didn't have any accident or anything as such. Initially I thought it to be because of some heavy weight or might be sleeping time I pressed it hard. I applied zandu balm on it... Gave me relief for 20 mins and then my hand started burning... My skin turned red and itchy. What us the matter with it.. Is it any bone or ligament problem?? Please help!!

Please visit a nearby doctor for clinical examination. Although from your history it doesn't seem to be anything of much concern. Could be just a sprain.
