  4. Pain in left arm. Pain what should i do.

I have pain in the left arm. my ecg is normal . if it is shoulder pain what should i take.it starts suddenly i have bp and am on medication but my bp reading is normal so i get confused and feel that pain may be heart related. if it only arm pain what should i do.
