Please tell if there is any problem in x ray. I have pain pinching type and till nose too. Is tip of root good?

The tip of the root is in satisfactory condition, if not perfect. The pinching sensation could be due to a high point on the Crown. You can get it checked by a dentist and it can be corrected easily. Regards.
