Pain in knees
I have been facing pain in my knees these days when ever I sit for long time(45 mins - 1 hour) in a chair or when my knees are normally folded. I'm a software job holder who has less physical efforts by the way.

Most probabaly you have a problem of the knee cap cartilage. It is very common for middle aged people to have this issue. It is called chondromalacia patellae. You need to do the following things 1. Do not maintain prolonged sitting or standing posture. Alternate between them. 2. Need to do strengthening exercises for your muscles 3. Proper footwear For this you should visit a physiotherapist.
