Pain in knees and bones
Recently my knee pain have increased. When I walk even for 15-20 min the knees pain. Even the sheen bone pains. I feel the bone density has reduced.There is crackling sound of fingers of my hand. My tail bone also pains sometimes. My neck too pains. Neck feels kind of heavy.
