Pain in knee
I accidentally Stuck my lower part of knee in table while walking, now pain did not occur at that time it occurs when i try to sit on my legs in squat position and then standing up it feels like it is stretched and then after standing its fine again, no pain in walking or standing up or even folding the knee, it only hurts when it is folded with weight on it like siiting on legs or climbing stairs

Its minor ligament injury.. Ice application Avoid knee bending Mri knee if condition is not improving
