Around 7 weeks back, a little pain on my left knee began. I continued to dance and excercise (cardio). The pain aggravated, so I visited a doctor and told me to use Dynapar QPS. Now I have similar pain in right knee and I am using same spray. I do not know if it is knee sprain or tear. I get more pain in knee when I walk. Left knee is better now

You need to do good stretching of your leg muscles after the dance and cardio. Avoid undertaking activities like squats, lunges, sitting on lower heights for few days.
