Pain in hip and thigh
Its more than 2 weeks that i am suffering from pain. A continuous chilling pain is in my thighs and hip. Xray report is normal . No fracture or anything . Its all started suddenly

This is pain is secondary to stiffness of your muscles of the hip and thigh. You must be sitting cross legged using that leg or standing with more weight on that leg for all this years.
Next Steps
sit properly with feet planted on floor or footrest, appropriate footwear and stretching exercises.
