Male, 31. Height 5 ft10inch and weight 80kg. I feel mild pain at the backside of my both heels when I wake up in the morning. This pain remains there for 2 to 5 min. After that I feel no pain during the day. Have been facing this problem for last 2 months. What should be done?

heel pain is due to obesity and foot stiffness , early morning do foot stretching exercises , reduce your weight , in long term pain will get reduced, if pain persistent consult orthopedic surgeon
