Pain in heels & arch
I felt slight pain in my left heel in Oct'14. After one month I could not walk for long and after some more days my leg muscles started to feel strong burning sensation. I changed my footwear and it reduced the pain but still can't get up without limping for a few steps. Now right  knee is severely aching due to this.

It may be due to plantar fasciatis which is due to inflammation of plantar fascia of foot Just consult your orthopedic doctor You can reduce the inflammation by using footwear with soft insole for better cushioning of heels
