Since how many days are you having this pain? Does it appears often or only sometimes. Do you also get fever? Leg joint pain is associated with headache or it is seperate?
Often crocin or saradon like medicines are unable to relief headache. Best option is Nimulid or Zerodol.
Headache can be of many types. If it is migrain then long term medicine is required. It can also be due to glasses or change in power. If you wear glasses then please get your powers checked. Do you have blood pressure? Sometimes increase in the BP can lead to sevear headache.
Leg joint pain can be due to arthritis or gout or may ve due to long standing hours. For its confirmation some tests are required.
