Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety.... I would suggest you to consult nearest physician or cardiologist for clinical examination and investigations like ECG, ECHO, TMT etc....once they are done with preliminary investigations and examination one can find underlying cause and treat it accordingly... Regards.
