High BP, left chest pain,Short of breath
I am 34 years old. I am suffering from left chest pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, and high bp. My tmt was negative for rmi with exercise induced svt and in echo report concentric lvh seen with mild Mr. and tr. First doctor advised me nebivolol 2.5 in morning and cilnidipine 5 in evening. I took advice from other doctor he advised prolomet xl 50 in morning and dilzem cd 60 in evening. And one more doctor advice me Olmesar ch 40 and placida 10 in morning and beta anxit 20 in night. I am very confuse as these all BP medicine of different class..Please advice me which one treatment I follow?
