ur symptoms are pointing towrads fibromyalgia which is a condition in which muscle fibers gets affected . Symptoms include chronic muscle pain, fatigue, sleep problems, and painful tender points or trigger points, which can be relieved through physiotherapy- trigger point release and myofascial release to be specific. You need an expert physio to handle this as it is not easy to treat fibromyalgia as most often it is misdaignosed.

You must check with General Physician and Your Gynaecologist. before starting with physio/ something as the ancillary causation of the problem was the severe breast pain that you had since past 3 months. The linkage of pain with the problem has to be identified so that root cause can found and eliminated.
Next Steps
Seek Urgent Consultation with Gynae. and a General Physician before anyone else.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I would like to know if the pain is related in anyway to your periods. Do you also feel any swelling in your breast? All other symptoms can be explained by nutritional deficiency. Take a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 10 days. You need to consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
