As per ur symptoms there are two possibilities First is cervical spondylitic radiculopathy and second is carpal tunnel syndrome.,if no neck pain and if nocturnal paraesthesia in Upper limbs. Don't worry relax . T.Maxmala 50 OD bed time for first few days followed by 75 OD bed time for 2 weeks. But better to get examined once for work up and management. Continue calcium, mvi,VitD supplements. Maintain proper posture while sleeping and working.

While you not have any history of cervical spondylosis, if your symptoms are asymmetrical (different on right and left sides) , you may have spondylosis. Specially when you have not found any appreciable relief on vitamin and mineral supplementation.
Next Steps
maintain posture of neck while sitting and sleeping. if neck pain is not severe, controlled physiotherapy will be helpful.
Health Tips
Don't overdo exercises. consult if symptoms become severe/don't improve
