If you have deposits in your teeth that might have caused gum infection. Whenever possible visit a dentist and get cleaning of your teeth done.

Apply ointment rexidine m forte gel on gums and massage for 2-3 min , then rinse. do this twice daily for 2 weeks. Also do salt water gargle

Pain in gums is due to bacterial infection due to accumulation of deposits called calculus below ur gums and on surface of teeth, a periodical clean up   at  a dentist clinic will get u help . It should be done yearly twice. Unfortunately it is not treated by any medicine. U have to just get rid of your root cause
