You have to see a pedodontist. This problem is caused by infection of the teeth near the swelling.You can also consult us online .You can have the number on practo profile

Hello you must visit the dentist to know for sure what the problem is that is causing pain as it can be multiple reasons.
In the meantime can give lower dose pain killer. Intraoral pictures can be of good help.
