There is general pain in the groin which increases a lot when there is an erection and he seems to have issues with circulation as he stands for hours at a stretch

It may be due to simple muscle pain or may be due to some hernia or nerve problems. Avoid standing for long time or carrying heavy loads. If not cured, better to be checked by doctor to make sure that nothing is serious.

Thanks for expecting Assertive Health n progressive fittness with Holistic Ayurveda Approach, though its unfortunate but demands in person Examination n sos USG whole abdomen and pelvis. So seek support from surgeon, till have Resins soaked in water multiple times
