There could be a cavity on back side of the tooth which has increased and reached the nerve inside the tooth, that could be a probable cause for the pain.
Next Steps
you can take a medicine for pain reliving currently, may be Ketorol DT by dissolving the tablet in water. can see a nearby dentist if someone is taking up emergency cases or you can reach nearest hospital with Dental department

Please try and be specific on the type of pain you are getting in your front teeth . Is it dull and intermittent ? If yes then mostly it is gum related , please do warm water salt rinses and put an gum gel like Tan x in that area , 3 times a day for 5 days . If it is sharp pain and increases when you have something warm , then this pain is due to a decay and needs antibiotics and painkillers .
Next Steps
Please specify your pain so that appropriate medications can be prescribed.
