Pain in Forearm/Elbow
I exercise with weights daily. My right forearm (maybe extensor digitorum muscle tip) started paining on straightening my arm and extending my fist upwards, and on lifting any moderate weights in a hammer hold fashion. Not sure if its tennis elbow or anything else. Its temporarily goes on using NSAID's. Please advise

Hello there. Give your arm a little rest. Do cold compress. Consult your orthopedician for further help. Regards
