Hi, it mostly sounds like a soft tissue injury. But you have to take good care of your arm and forearm for the next few weeks till the injury settles. Lifting weights will be possible once the injury settles completely. Till then avoid any weights of any sort.
Next Steps
You have to use an arm sling or pouch to give adequate rest for the limb. Visit an orthopaedician if the pain persists after another week of oral antiinflammatory medicines.
Health Tips
Avoid using that hand and forearm for any strenuous activities till the injury settles. .

Plz share the xray and clinical photos of where does it exactly hurt . Remove bandage and use an arm sling for 2 weeks . Take some pain killers .. if it is asoft tissue injury , should improve by 2-3 week duration

Since the X-ray is normal, the pain is most likely due to a soft tissue injury. Most STI recover well with rest.
Next Steps
You should avoid heavy lifting or gym activities for 2 weeks.
Health Tips
If the pain persists beyond 3 weeks or if there is persistent swelling or restriction of movement then consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
