Pain in foot when walking
I periodically get a random stabbing pain in my left foot when I walk. I haven't injured it in any way recently but about 9 years ago, a horse stood on my foot. How can I get rid of the Pain?

Dip your painful area in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes daily before going to bed for 2 to 3 days and come out with the difference in pain percentage.Stop doing it incase of increase in pain and consult your nearest physician/physiotherapist.Please mention duration of pain,aggrevating and relieving factors.
