Dear Sir/Madam, Please help me as i am having pain in my left foot only from last 15 days. It Pains more when i rest or sleep time.Actually i twisted my ankel 10 months back but at that time i have consulted orthopaedic surgeon but result is relief for very few days.I have even underwent xray diagnosis which shows everything fine . All the time pain is there but somtimes a burning sencation will be there. But when i am walking or any work doing that time there is no pain. So kindly suggest me how to get rid of this chronic pain. :(

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Just make sure that pain is not due to plantar Fasciatis, by getting X ray of lt ankle to know there is no calcaneum spur.else just do hot n cold sponge alternately, n wear ankle brace.If ortho specialist adv get MRI of the jt .ankle jt.
