PAIN IN FEET SOLE
I have been into running and sports for more than 20 year. Whenever I stand even for 15/20 minutes or when I get up in the morning my feet pains. This is happening since last year.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use silicone sole in your shoes and silicone heel in your sleepers. Keep your feet in warm and cold water for 15 minit after you wake up.. Your problem will be solved

Your symptoms suggest that you may have tightness of structures in your feet and calves moreover the fact that you are into sports make you more prone for this..
