Consult with a dentist
Online now
Hi. Looks like a wisdom tooth issue. However, nothing concrete can be told unless an xray is provided.
Next Steps
Kindly visit a dentist for an xray. You can do some warm salt water rinsing for slight temporary relief.
Health Tips
Most recommended to take an x-ray and proceed with removal of the wisdom tooth if favourable.

As per the pic, it looks like you have discomfort related to your right lower wisdom tooth which we call the third molar. It is common to have pain related to this particular tooth due to it's location and positioning. Whether the tooth is infected or not can only be understood after examination. There are stains on the teeth, so a bit more of history may be required here.
Next Steps
The permanent solution is to remove the wisdom tooth after examination and an x-ray. Do consult a dentist as soon as possible. Meanwhile you can rinse your mouth with warm water and salt. Keep opening and closing your mouth to prevent experiencing stiffness in your jaws.
