Pain in Epididymis

Pain in Epididymis

Asked for Male, 24 Years

3 months back my right testicle got hit by a cricket ball. And the pain went after 2 weeks. 15 days back I rode a bike around 50-60km. From next day, i started feeling slight pain. I gone through the tests. And found the cysts of 5.3*3.1 mm in right and 3.0*2.5 mm in left. I feel no pain while doing activities. When I am sitting idle I feel hot sensation and when I touch the Epididymis of both side, I feel the pain. Urologist suggested me to take a painkillers for one week. When I take a tablets, I don't feel pain at all. After a week i stopped taking tablets and the pain started again. Can anyone suggest me why and how it can be cured? And is there any surgery needed. Thank you.
