Hard painful lump above right testicle

I had been diagnosed with swollen Epididymis 5 months back. Consulted Urologist and after physical examination confirmed that there is swollen Epididymis. Now I am feeling some type of lump above the right testicle, which after pressing is painful after self examination. Is that the swelling of Epididymis?
