Pain in ear
I've been having pain in my ear for some time. I get ringing soung in my left ear and when i stand suddenly i get dizzy feeling. The pain is sharp when i put earphones for long time.

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Vertin16 twice a day after food for 2 days.
The cause needs to be identified and treated and for that you will have to consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
