When there is pain don't exercise for atleast 1 week. Drink plenty of water. Take tablet Zerodol-P twice a day for 5 days. Take fresh fruits and well balanced die

Pain in the chest that aggravates on exercise points towards heart problem...and in this era , it can come at any age...so don't neglect..get investigated once
