Im getting sharp pain in the lest side of chest area..it mostly towards the armpit ...the pain comes suddenly..not on doing any execrises or walking.. i feel normal whie doing any activity...but when i sit calm ..the pain starts..what can be the reason

Pain on left side of chest and radiating to armpit should not be ignore can be early sign of angina. If it’s present even in sitting then seriousness becomes more.
