Pain in chest
I had covid in april 2021 and I took treatment at home but after recovered from covid I started having chest pain on both right and left side and also started having dizziness (not all time but sometimes in a day) and also I was not able yo sleep I used to feel like I have heart attack I used to feel like my heart is stopping so I decided to see a heart specialist doctor and doctor asked for ECG and EEG and both tests were normal and doctor said you have post covid affects so he gave me anxiety and sleeping medicines for a month but I didn't take those medicine as I started feeling better but again I started having same problem and I have right side chest pain with earache.
So I am not able to decide whether it's a heart problem or I have some anxiety problem.
Few points are given below:
1- ecg and eeg test done 8 months back n both were normal
2 vit B12 - 177( test done 1 days back)
3 vit D - 22.20(test done 1 day back)
Any help will be very helpful for me thanks.

You can get a repeat ECG because the previous ECG is 8 months old. Get an X-ray chest also.
