Pain in chest , difficulty in burping
I am feeling pain in chest, neck , Head while burping. I am burping too much. Even feeling little difficulty while swallowing solid food. What to do

Do not take spicy and oily food. Do regular exercise. Don't sleep immediately after taking food and have a 10 mins walk after taking food. Add mucain gel one teaspoon to your diet for 5 days twice daily and tab pantoprazole one every morning before breakfast for one week.
