Pain in chest and left side of back
I was unable to sleep last night because I could easily felt heart beats. I feel heaviness in left side of chest .My heart rate 70 per minute...What could be the reason?

It could just be anxiety. But you need to do ECG once to look for any heart issue. If there is any problem in ECG you can consult online directly
