Hi, I am 31/F and am facing heaviness in my left cheekbone from 3-4 days alongwith pain in my upper jaw, which has now come down to my lower jaw.
I am also facing heat sensitivity, as soon as I eat or drink anything hot, I feel a stinging pain in my upper jaw. I did take an Ultracet for th pain last night, however the pain is coming back again What should I do?

As suggested by the other doctors, you might have decayed tooth in the affected jaw. However, your symptom related to heaviness suggests sinus congestion with possible infection either related to the decayed tooth or a separate entity.
Next Steps
Please have your dentist examine your teeth along with an X-ray for both the teeth and Maxillary Sinus.
Health Tips
If you abruptly bend down and you feel increased heaviness in the jaw bone and a tendency to clench or bite your teeth (which might feel relieving temporarily) it is more likely a sinus problem.

Next Steps
Get a video consult or visit your dentist to get it diagnosed properly so that an appropriate antibiotic can be prescribed.
Health Tips
Rinsing your mouth with mouthwash may help temporarily control infection and marginally reduce pain.
