Pain in cervical region due to computer
My right hand started paining before four years when I wrote on blackboard, used mobile at night or fetched water bucket etc. Whenever I use computer, it starts paining in my cervical region n right hand, Nowadays it's too much. my legs also pain a lot and feel restless whenever I have to sit for hours. X-RAY of neck could not reveal the reason..
