Feeling pain in calf muscles in both legs. Early it was intermittent but now paining daily. Pain increased if stretched. In left calf muscles once I received some injury while playing.. But not sure if it is due to that. Left leg is paining much than the right one. All the time feeling a contraction type of pain. Pls suggest.

One of the major reasons for calf pain is muscle strain or cramps. If there is unbearable pain on stretching or there is calf muscle tenderness( extreme pain on slightly pushing the calf muscle against the bone), it might be due to deep vein thrombosis(DVT) and constitutes an emergency.
Muscle tears would need rest for more than a month
Other reasons should be ruled out.
Muscle cramps can be managed by drinking plenty of fluids preferably with ORS. They generally subside in 2 to 3 days.
Get your serum calcium and Vitamin D3 checked.
