Pain in calf muscle, shin bone area
Hi, I run regularly 5-10kms either on road surface or treadmills. Recently I have developed pain around the shin bone, right hand side which is significant when I am warming up and goes away after 3-4 kms. The pain reappears after 6-7 hours post exercise and restricts movement on the right leg.
