Pain in both the legs

I am having pain in lower part that is below knee to ankle a regular pain.it pains like i am ver tired.while sleeping it increases or can say while working i ignore it.kindly suggest which department doctor I should consult.somehow i feel its a muscular pain

Sometimes muscle strain due to excessive work or abnormal posture also can cause such pain. You will need detailed clinical examination.
