Am having pain in both my legs one month after my c-section delivery. No swellings are there. Had high bp (above 140/80) and is currently under control with medication.

These kinds of pain may be there due to traction and stretching of ligaments and soft tissues during delivery. As and when you start mobilising, slowly these pains will go by themselves. Spinal anaesthesia has got nothing to do with these. You can take Tab Paracetamol 650 mg three times in a day of it is bothering too much.
