Pain in both hand & rt side lower
I had done Contrast Ct adb for pain in right pelvic , back lower abd after UTI and reports where normal but suffered allergy to ct dye pain , burning hand feet , fever and diarrhea dr gv cetrizine felt better but than my both hand including joints ( 4 weeks)started paining & stiff more at night and in morning lasting for less or around 20 min than in day time suddenly comes and goes took painkiller but nothing dr friend advice steriod took omnacortil 10 mg for 3 days advice rheumat but than did loads of test neg RA , anti ccp, neg ant ro and la , neg anti ds dna but ANA by IIF week postive and ESR high 37 , CRP - 11 & Creatinine-1.10 lilltle increase went to frst rheumat he gve me antidepressants and painkillers but no relief after 25 days & told me cannot tell at this point what I am suffering from I am also suffering from infertility & failed ivf cycles as well and this problem is really pissed me off plz suggest what it could be & possible Rx My rt pelvic pain comes & goes .

Rt sided lower abdominal pain with fever and diarrhoea.  You must be considered for chronic infections like typhlitis, enteric fever, and a rare possibility of kochs. 1. Should get a good USG abdomen 2. Chest XRay PAV 3. Temp charts for 5-7 days 4. Avoid regular steroids and painkillers 5. SOS painkillers will do
