Pain in back, whole legs
Without the onset of menstural cycle i am experiencing pain in the back area since 2 days including the thighs legs joints and ankles too . pain in lower body and stiffness in muscles of the lower body...

Hello there. You need to increase the intake of your dietary calcium from your present levels. Also you need Vitamin D3. Drink milk and make diary products a part of your diet. Sit in the sun for 20 mins everyday exposing atleast 20 percent of your body that is arms and legs. Eat a well balanced diet. Additionally you could take a calcium supplement everyday. Regards
