Hello there, Back pain can occure for a number of reasons, including injury, aging, illness and disease.Try yoga squats to relieve temporary back pain. Its very easy way to relieve tightness in your back while stretching the muscles in the hips and butt.Above all i would like to suggest you to visit a physiotherapist for proper investigation so that proper diagnostic can be set and proper treatment can be issued. Thanks!
