Pain in back is mostly due to the slightly increased curvature of back inpregnancy that is normal in pregnancy. For that the best way 1) you can do some yoga 2)can apply some local local painkillers spray. 3)use hot water bottle to decrease a little bit of swelling. the pain in abdomen can be due to pressing of nerve due to the edema/ swelling in pregnancy. If you have pain, you can take tablet PCM if you are not having any pain while passing urine or any discharge in the vagina then the pain is totally normal and you need not to worry

Due to growing uterus and increasing weight it’s common. Please do pregnancy safe workouts and back stretches. C pillows also help.
