Hey after going to gym and doing exercises I have excessive pain in my back which is intolerable due to that I m not able to continue my gym. What should I do?

don't do to much strain on muscles, do it on alternate day ,now take rest for 4 -5 days till strain heals,if pain is persistent consult orthopedic surgeon
