  4. Pain in anus. Serious problem or what?

Pain in anus
I'm a 29 year male, feeling pain in my anus, I think my outer skin of anus has some tears or cut.it is very painful while touching that area. I'm using pilex ointment from Himalaya from last night. Feeling scared is it starting of any serious problem or what? please help, which specialist doctor should I visit.
