Pain in anus
I have been suffering from constant pain in anus for 3-4 days. this is a cramp like psin which increases during motions. I have checked with local physician but he couldnt locate piles. Though i have been taking Pilon for last 2 days. Pain is refusing to subside

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can apply a cream by name Ruticool using the applicator supplied. And along with that tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days. It should be fine. Drink plenty of fluids. If it still persists, get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
